2026 CZSKBC Registration Form

The 113th Czechoslovak Baptist Convention will be held July 10-12. 2026, at Heritage College and Seminary in Cambridge, Ontario Here is the registration information along with the submission form. Once you have submitted we will confirm your submission and and total cost. All Prices are shown in Canadian Dollars. US Delegates have an option of paying in USD (at a 0.78 CAD / USD exchange rate). Payment can be made by cheque or via e-transfer. Please note that all accommodation and meal fees are non-refundable. The Registration deadline is June 15, 2026.

Convention Cost Details

Registration Fee for Weekend per person:

• Ages 13+: $50.00

• Children 0-12: Free

• Single Day Registration: $20.00

Accommodation Rates:

• Ages 13+: $35.00 / Night

• Kids 3-12: $17.50 / Night

• Kids 0-12: Free

Meals at the College:

• Breakfast Ages 13+: $17.95 | Kids 3-12: $8.95 | Kids 0-2: Free

• Lunch Ages 13+: $22.95 | Kids 3-12: $11.50 | Kids 0-2: Free

• Dinner Ages 13+: $27.50 | Kids 3-12: $13.75 | Kids 0-2: Free
